2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 12, 2001 No. 1186 "Single questions of the indemnification caused owing to violation of the law about environmental protection" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 32, the Art. 422).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
