About some questions of anti-corruption

1. To heads of federal state bodies, state corporations (companies), funds and other organizations created by the Russian Federation based on the Federal Laws:

a) provide in 3-month time development and approval of lists of the positions provided by the subitem "i" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Federal Law of May 7, 2013 No. 79-FZ "About prohibition to separate categories of persons to discover and have accounts (deposits), to store cash and values in the foreign banks located outside the territory of the Russian Federation, to own and use foreign financial instruments" (further - the Federal Law "About Prohibition to Separate Categories of Persons to Open and Have Accounts (Deposits), to Store Cash and Values in the Foreign Banks Located outside the Territory of the Russian Federation, to Own and Use Foreign Financial Instruments");

2. Recommend to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to provide development and approval of lists of the positions provided by the subitem "i" of Item 1 of part 1 of article 2 of the Federal law "About Prohibition to Separate Categories of Persons to Open and Have Accounts (Deposits), to Store Cash and Values in the Foreign Banks Located outside the Territory of the Russian Federation, to Own and Use Foreign Financial Instruments" in 3-month time, being guided by the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this Decree.

3. 4. 5. Bring in Regulations on representation by the citizens applying for substitution of positions of the Federal State Service, and federal government employees of data on the income, about property and obligations of property nature, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 No. 559 "About representation by the citizens applying for substitution of positions of the Federal State Service and federal government employees of data on the income, about property and obligations of property nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 21, Art. 2544; 2010, No. 3, Art. 274; 2012, No. 12, Art. 1391; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1670; No. 40, Art. 5044; No. 49, Art. 6399; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3518, 3520), following changes:
