1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for maintaining the register of actions in the field of informatization.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for maintaining the register of actions in the field of informatization (further - the register of actions).
2. In this Instruction terms in the values determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 10, 2008 "About information, informatization and information protection" are used (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 279, 2/1552), the Regulations on procedure for forming, financing and control over the implementation of the state, regional and industry programs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 31, 2009 No. 404 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 93, 5/29550; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36974).
3. The register of actions is kept in electronic form in form according to appendix to this Instruction for the purpose of implementation of monitoring and the analysis of results of implementation of the state, industry and regional programs of informatization (further - programs of informatization).
4. The register of actions is created based on data on approval of programs of informatization, and also the reports of their customers coordinators (customers) submitted in the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus according to the legislation.
5. The owner of the register of actions is the Department of informatization of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus (further - Department of informatization).
6. Maintaining the register of actions performs the scientific and engineering republican unitary enterprise "Institute of Applied Program Systems" (further - IPPS).
7. IPPS:
performs processing and inclusion in the register of actions of the data represented by customers coordinators (customers) of programs of informatization;
provides in coordination with Department to informatization the information from the register of actions according to the legislation in the field of information, informatization and information protection;
provides acceptance of necessary measures for the information protection containing in the register of actions.
8. The department of informatization provides placement on the official site of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus in global computer network the Internet of data from the register of actions about:
names of actions;
planned and actual dates of their execution;
customers of programs of informatization, customers of actions of programs of informatization and contractors of actions of programs of informatization.
