About some questions of provision of industrial subsidies

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 14.05.2019 No. 298

2. Make change and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. from part fourteen of Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; 2011, No. 107, 5/34480) to exclude the words "in relation to the Agreement on single rules of provision of industrial subsidies of December 9, 2010";

2.2. appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2014 No. 783 "About office information of limited distribution" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.08. 5/39265) to add 2014, with Item 85-1 of the following content:

"85-1. Information on industrial subsidies which disclosure contradicts essential interests of safety of the state and the international security.".

3. Determine:

The Ministry of Economics the authorized body responsible for the direction in the Eurasian economic commission and state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union) of information provided in Items 95, of the 97 and 98 Section IX "Notifications" of the Protocol on single rules of provision of industrial subsidies to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further - the Protocol), and also responsible for application of rules of provision of the industrial subsidies provided in article 93 of the called Agreement and in the Protocol;

3.2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs the competent authority responsible for conducting the investigations provided in Item 5 of article 93 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and in the Protocol.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 17, 2011 No. 796 "About determination of authorized and competent bodies according to the Agreement on single rules of provision of industrial subsidies" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 71, 5/33996).

5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
