1. Determine that import of reed raw sugar without the vkuso-aromatic or painting additives (the FEACN CU codes 1701 13, 1701 14) (further - raw sugar) of 435 000 tons in 2015 is performed without payment of customs duties in customs procedure of release for internal consumption on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To department of regulation of trading activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to perform issue of licenses within the approved amount in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the manufacturing companies of sugar which list is specified in appendix to this order, or suppliers of raw sugar based on the contract with the specified companies on purpose of the imported raw sugar.

3. To development department of foreign trade activity of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to notify Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on need of implementation of customs declaring of raw sugar imported in customs procedure of release for internal consumption:

based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan without payment of import customs duties;

without licenses granted by the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with payment of import customs duties at the rates approved by the Common customs tariff of the Customs union;

2) to notify the Eurasian economic commission on the taken measures of regulation of foreign trade activity;

To provide 3) in the procedure established by the legislation: state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in official mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;

placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
