About approval of the list of the interconnected standards to the technical regulation "Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Equipment"

According to Article 15 from the Order of the Government No. 95 of 4.02.2008 about approval of the Technical regulation "Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Equipment" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 32-33, 176) I ORDER to the Art.:

1. Approve the list of national standards as the interconnected standards to the technical regulation "Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Equipment" approved by the Order of the Government No. 95 of 4.02.2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 32-33, the Art. 176) which application provides to the made products presumption of compliance to the main safety requirements provided to the above-stated Technical regulation (is attached).

2. Repeal the Order of the Industry ministry and infrastructure (predecessor the Ministry of Economics) No. 32 of 11.04.2008 about approval of the List of the interconnected standards to the Technical regulation "Electromagnetic Compatibility of the Equipment" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 152-153, the Art. 415).

3. This order is published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
