According to orders of Heads of states, for the purpose of providing proper operating conditions of diplomatic representations of the Kyrgyz Republic in Astana and the Republic of Kazakhstan in Bishkek, Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Kazakhstan agreed about the following:

1. The Kazakhstan side transfers since December, 2003 to the Kyrgyz side No. V-5 cottage by total area of 555,9 of sq.m, with the parcel of land of 0,24740 of hectare in the Diplomatic town of Astana.

2. The Kyrgyz side till March 1, 2004 will transfer to the Kazakhstan side on the terms of parity the separate building with the corresponding parcel of land.

4. Because questions of provision of buildings in long-term lease and the rent shall be settled by the above-mentioned international agreement, the Kyrgyz side before provision of the building under the residence of Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kyrgyz Republic and before agreement signature will pay lease of the building and the parcel of land in the city of Astana since January 1, 2004.
