agreed as follows:

1. Within one month from the moment of signing of this Protocol to carry out necessary legal procedures and to recognize as property of the Republic of Kazakhstan property complexes of the objects located in the territory of the Issyk kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic and constructed at the expense of means of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

These objects:

Motorist of Kazakhstan rest house (village of Korumdy);

Samal rest house (settlement of Bosteri);

Sanatorium Kazakhstan (Cholpon-Ata-2);

Sports camp "University" (settlement of Bosteri).

2. The parties reached the agreement that the Kazakhstan side agrees to put investments into the objects specified in Item of 1 this Protocol for their further development.

3. The parties agreed about registration of the above-stated objects as independent legal entities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. The this Protocol becomes effective from signature date.
