1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to fish-protecting devices of water intaking constructions.
2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. To fish-protecting devices of water intaking constructions (further - RZU) establish the following requirements:
1) the effectiveness ratio of RZU shall be at least 70% for juveniles with length of body more than 12 millimeters which is determined according to the calculation of efficiency of RZU given in appendix 1 to these Requirements;
2) RZU depending on settlement expense of water intake are established according to appendix 2 to these Requirements;
3) diameters of cells of the RZU mesh rybozagraditelny screens depending on the sizes of fishes are established according to appendix 3 to these Requirements.
2. Designing of RZU is carried out on the basis of design and survey and scientific research in which are determined:
1) specific and dimensional structure with indication of the minimum size of the protected fishes;
2) period of their slope and migration;
3) vertical and horizontal distribution of fishes;
4) locations of spawning areas and zimovalny holes;
5) the taking-down current speed for juveniles of the protected fishes.

Calculation of efficiency of fish-protecting devices
1. Indicator of fish-protecting efficiency (Kef) is the relation of quantity of the fishes detained by the fish-protecting device to number of the fishes getting to the water intaking construction in the absence of such device expressed as a percentage:

N2T - quantity of the fishes who got to water intake for the same settlement period of T in the absence of the fish-protecting device.

3. Efficiency of RZU shall be at least 70% for juveniles of fishes more than 12 mm in size.
4. If the juveniles perish in case of contact with RZU (flat grids, struyereaktivny drums, etc.) and in rybootvoda (if RZU with rybootvody), then the indicator of fish-protecting efficiency is calculated by the following formula:

N2T - quantity of the fishes who got to water intake for the same settlement period of T in the absence of RZU;
N3T - quantity of the fishes who died for settlement period T after contact with RZU.

n2 - the number of the juveniles of the fish caught below than RZU in case of the working water intake which died after otsazhivaniye on survival;
n3 - the number of the juveniles of the fish who passed rybootvod which died after otsazhivaniye on survival.
