About measures for development of roadside and tourist infrastructure

For the purpose of further development of roadside and tourist infrastructure of the republic according to modern requirements the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve address lists of construction and reconstruction of sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project which input is provided till September 1, 2015 in the territories:

autogas-filling compressor stations (further - the CNG filling station) according to appendix No. 1;

adjacent to objects of cultural heritage and cultural and entertaining organizations, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Determine that:

functioning of the CNG filling station which are not equipped with the operating round the clock sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project, switched on in appendix No. 1 to this resolution - since September 1, 2015, other CNG filling stations - since April 1, 2016 is not allowed;

for use of the sanitary and hygienic nodes equipped according to this resolution the payment is levied from visitors.

3. In a month to provide to Uzbekturizm Oil Company together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction and the interested ministries and departments development and approval in accordance with the established procedure of the standard project of sanitary and hygienic node according to town-planning regulations and rules.

Determine by development of the standard project of sanitary and hygienic nodes:

the customer - Uzbekturizm Oil Company:

general designer - JSC Tashgiprogor;

source of financing of project works - means of off-budget fund of tourism development under Uzbekturizm Oil Company.

4. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

allocation of the CNG filling station, if necessary, the additional parcels of land for construction of sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project;

together with Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan determination of the subjects of entrepreneurship interested in implementation of construction, reconstruction and operation of sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project and also allocation of the parcels of land for their construction on the objects specified in appendix No. 2 to this resolution;

together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction to provide control of timely implementation of construction of sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project, and also non-admission of construction and acceptance for operation of the CNG filling station without sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project according to requirements of this resolution.

5. To provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction:

in a month entering into town-planning regulations and rules of the changes providing obligatory availability at autogas-filling compressor stations of sanitary and hygienic node according to the standard project and requirements for their operation;

architectural and construction production inspection of accomplishment of installation and construction works on construction and reconstruction of sanitary and hygienic nodes according to the standard project according to this resolution.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on deputy prime ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. I. Zakirov and G. I. Ibragimov.
