Based on the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1.4-2 of Item 1 of Article 10, No. 257-Z "About fauna" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 3 of article 43-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 10, 2007
1. Approve Regulations on order of registration of production facilities on which production of sturgeon species of fish and (or) products from them is performed including caviar it (is applied).
2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. No. 175 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022
2.2. in Regulations on procedure and conditions of issue by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of permissions to movement through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of animal species and plants, their parts or derivative of them (derivatives) falling under operation of the Convention on international trade in the types of wild fauna and the flora which are under the threat of disappearance, (SITES) signed in Washington on March 3, 1973, limited to movement through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus on the bases of non-economic nature, No. 1397 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2008 "About some questions of procedure for movement of separate types of goods through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 240, 5/28411; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.01. 2013, 5/36755):
