For the purpose of providing measures of customs and tariff regulation of foreign economic activity, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Kyrgyz Republic" and "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve rates of customs duties on import (import) of goods to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix (in official language).
2. Determine that rates of customs duties are applied to goods to which the Kyrgyz Republic provides most favored nation treatment.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
