In paragraph one of part one of Article 15 of the word "according to the procedure of civil legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words 1) "according to the procedure of administrative legal proceedings";
2) in Article 16:
a) in part one of the word "according to the procedure of civil legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure of administrative legal proceedings";
b) in part five of the word "according to the procedure of civil legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "according to the procedure of administrative legal proceedings";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in part three of Article 45 of the word "and civil and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation" ", the civil and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation on administrative legal proceedings";
In paragraph one of part one of Article 61 of the word "and civil and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words 4) ", the civil and procedural legislation of the Russian Federation and the legislation on administrative legal proceedings".
