About approval of the list of poisons which production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use and destruction is subject to licensing

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 16.09.2019 No. 689)

According to the subitem 8) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of poisons which production, conversion, acquisition, storage, realization, use and destruction is subject to licensing.

2. Recognize invalid:

2) the subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2011 No. 418 "About entering of amendments into the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2007 No. 493 and of February 5, 2008 No. 104" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 33, the Art. 402).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
