1. Approve for 2015 regulated profit which the supplier of PIK of "Gas Natural Fenosa Furnizare Energie" of Ltd company needs to receive from electrical supply in the amount of 71 268 thousand lei.
2. If the level of regulated profitability approved according to the item 1, will exceed 2,5 of % of cost of the delivered electric power, when updating regulated rates for electrical supply profitability will be corrected proceeding from percentage ratio in 2,5 of % of cost of the delivered electric power.
