About additional measures for strengthening of the state support to development of agricultural industry

For the purpose of further strengthening of food security the need for new high-yielding and drought-resistant types of seeds increased in the country. According to the 1st paragraph of article 15 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About seed farming", for the purpose of complete requirements satisfaction of producers of products in the country in high-yielding seeds, being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Create the State seed stock in subordination of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. for ensuring activities of the State seed stock in subordination of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also for implementation of production and procurement of high-yielding seeds in expense allocation "The state program on reliable providing the population with food products in the Azerbaijan Republic in 2008-2015" of December 22, 2014 No. 413 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the government budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2015" to provide in subitem 1.10.1.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic for the Ministry of Agriculture of the Azerbaijan Republic 10,0 (ten) one million manats;

2.2. resolve other issues following from this Order.
