According to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2014 "About the inventory concerning which for 2015 the tariff quotas are established and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 131

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. perform distribution:

from January 1 to July 1, 2015 100 percent of the tariff quotas on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of pork fresh, cooled or refrigerated, pork trimming, classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union codes 0203, 0203 29 550 2 and 0203 29 900 2 (further - pork), the refrigerated rolled meat of dunghill hens classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union code 0207 14 100 1, the refrigerated rolled meat of turkeys, the refrigerated not rolled parts of carcasses of the turkeys classified according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union codes 0207 27 100 1, 0207 27 300 1, 0207 27 400 1, 0207 27 600 1 and 0207 27 700 1 (further - fowl), based on offers of regional executive committees between the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered at the place of residence who told regional executive committees the need for use of the tariff quotas for self-produced production registered in the location in the territory of areas and Minsk (further - participants of foreign trade activity), the pork received as a result of conversion (processing) or fowl in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to the criterion established in paragraph four of part three of Item 6 of the Regulations on reference of products (works, services) to products (works, services) of the own production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2001 No. 1817 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 1, 5/9613; 2011, No. 88, 5/34241), in proportion to the declared amounts on import of pork and (or) fowl, to the actual volumes of production in previous years taking into account loading of the available production capacities on production of sausages;

since August 15, 2015:

the tariff quotas on import of pork or fowl which are not used for July 1, 2015 based on statements of the participants of foreign trade activity who received part of the tariff quotas on import of pork or fowl till July 1, 2015, according to the procedure and on the conditions established in the paragraph the second this subitem;

the tariff quotas on import of pork in case of decision making of Board of the Eurasian economic commission about growth in volumes of the tariff quotas according to Item 3 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 19, 2014 No. 131 "About the inventory concerning which for 2015 the tariff quotas, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space" according to the procedure and on the conditions established in the paragraph the second this subitem are established;

the tariff quotas on import of fowl in case of decision making of Board of the Eurasian economic commission about growth in volumes of the tariff quotas according to the procedure and on the conditions established in the paragraph the second this subitem;

1.2. send on agreed form to the Ministry of Trade and the State Customs Committee no later than the next day after distribution of the tariff quotas in electronic form of the data on the parts of the tariff quotas allocated to participants of foreign trade activity to import of pork and fowl with indication of the participant of foreign trade activity and its accounting number of the payer, commodity code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and part of the size of the tariff quota.

2. To the Ministry of Trade quarterly to the 10th following reporting to inform the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the licenses for import granted to participants of foreign trade activity in 2015 of pork and fowl.

3. To the State Customs Committee:

3.1. provide in accordance with the established procedure release of pork and fowl, imported in 2015 on the territory of the Republic of Belarus within the tariff quotas, according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption based on the licenses granted by the Ministry of Trade;

3.2. represent on agreed form to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in electronic form monthly no later than the 25th following for reporting this about release for internal consumption in 2015 of pork and fowl within the tariff quotas and outside such quotas with indication of participants of foreign trade activity and supply rates of pork and fowl.

4. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food together with regional executive committees to perform the analysis of condition of the domestic market of meat products and deliveries in 2015 of pork and fowl on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and to inform the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on results of this analysis till July 28, 2015 and on January 28, 2016.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2015.
