About deliveries to export of separate goods
According to part one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 577 "About some questions of activities of the open joint stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that till April 1, 2015 action of part one of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 103, 5/14395) does not extend to delivery by the republican trade unitary enterprise "Belarusian Forest Company" to export of plywood glued, panels of veneered and similar materials from laminated wood (code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 4412), made by the legal entities who are part of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest woodworking and pulp and paper industry. Such transactions are subject to registration in "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company prior to their execution.
2. To assign responsibility for efficiency of the sales of goods specified in this resolution and observance of policy of beneficial prices of export to the chairman of the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
