According to part two of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 3, 2008 "About documentation of the population of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 294
1. Determine that for pension purposes the identity of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who does not have the identity document (including the citizen of the Republic of Belarus who is earlier documented by the passport refused its use), is confirmed by the conclusion of law-enforcement body in the place of the last registration at the place of residence of this citizen.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for confirmation of the identity of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who do not have the identity document for pension purposes it (is applied).
3. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the first following after month of its official publication.
