Rules of forming of school and student's leagues, the organizations and holding sporting events among school and student's leagues

1. General provisions

1. These rules of forming of school and student's sports leagues, the organizations and holding sporting events among school and student's sports leagues (further - Rules) determine procedure for forming of school and student's sports leagues in the organizations of education, the organization and carrying out sports action among school and student's sports leagues.

2. In these rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) school sports league (further - school league) - sports movement among school students which purpose is assistance in promoting of school sport and development of one or several sports, the organization and holding sporting events with school students;

2) student's sports league (further - student's league) sports movement among students which purpose is assistance in promoting of student's sport and development of type (types) of sport.

3. The purpose of school and student's leagues - involvement of learning organizations of education to regular trainings by sport.

4. Tasks of school and student's leagues:

1) development of team game sports and promotion of healthy lifestyle among younger generation;

3) familiarizing of learning organizations of education with occupations team game sports (five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball and to others).

9. The application of groups teams for participation in student's league is submitted by the prefeeder of physical culture to the head of the organization of education in ten calendar days prior to the sports competitions of selection stage among groups teams to the organizations of education.

12. Sports competitions among school and student's league are held among class teams or groups teams of one year of training in team game sports according to the Rules of holding sporting events approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2014 No. 74. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9930.

13. Sports competitions among school and student's leagues are held on the following stages and the periods:

1) the selection stage which is carried out annually by the organization of education to the period from September to October;

2) the district (city) stage which is carried out by regional organizing committee (further - Regional committee) annually in November;

3) the regional stage which is carried out by regional organizing committee annually in March;

4) the republican stage which is carried out by republican organizing committee (further - Republican committee) annually in April.

14. At selection stage of sports competitions among class teams and among groups teams take part in the organization of education all class team and groups teams, submitted the application for participation in school and student's league.

15. Following the results of selection of sports competitions of each stage winners are determined. On each subsequent stage (district (city), regional, republican) pass class team and groups teams, won at the previous stage of sports competitions among school and student's leagues.

16. At republican stage of sports competitions winners of sports competitions among school and student's leagues are determined.

17. Winners of sports competitions among school and student's leagues of district (city), regional stages are awarded with local executive bodies of area, city of republican value and the capital in the field of education, and republican stage - authorized body in the field of education.
