3) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bozhko V. K.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

These rules of carrying out scheduled maintenance on fire safety and mitigation of consequences of the fires on rail transport (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 21, 1994 "About transport in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 11, 2014 "About civil protection" (further - the Law on civil protection).
