About procedure for calculation and payment of single social payment by microfirms and small enterprises

1. Take into consideration that since January 1, 2015 the rate of single social payment for microfirms and small enterprises, and also for farms is lowered from 25 to 15 percent.

2. Determine that microfirms and small enterprises, except for farms, estimate single social payment at the established rate, but at least 65 percent from the size of basic settlement size on each worker, since January 1, 2015.

For farms the procedure for calculation of single social payment at the established rate remains, but it is not lower than 50 percent from the size of basic settlement size on each worker.

According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 11, 2018 No. PP-3782 "About organizational measures for stimulation of employment of socially vulnerable segments of the population" is established procedure according to which the salary fund of all employees of the companies of public associations of persons with disability at which at least 50 percent of regular personnel consist of persons with disability is assessed with single social payment at the percent 4,7 rate, with distribution of the amount of single social payment in accordance with the established procedure
