1. Approve the enclosed Rules of protection and content of historical and cultural monuments.

2. For culture and art of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to department:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) after official publication placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Akhmedyarov.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Rules of protection and content of historical and cultural monuments

1. These rules of protection and content of historical and cultural monuments determine preservation scheme and contents of historical and cultural monuments (further - monuments).

2. Owners and users of monuments for the purpose of ensuring their safety:

1) withdrawals from historical context perform protection against damage and (or) destruction, act of vandalism, falsification, mystification, misstatement, introduction of unreasonable changes;

2) is notified by local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital, areas (cities of regional value) on the assumed or come true changes of the property rights;
