Some questions of implementation of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Allocate to the Public migratory service 150035, 6 thousand hryvnias for implementation of the actions connected with development of infrastructure of the Single information and analytical management system by migratory processes, including the organization of secure channels of communication with territorial subdivisions of Service and also fitting of its territorial authorities and divisions with workstations for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium.
To the Ministry of Finance to perform the specified expenses at the expense of means of reserve fund of the government budget.
2. Bring the following changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
1) the paragraph third Item 7 of the Procedure for use of means of the budget reserve fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 29, 2002 No. 415 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 14, Art. 734; 2005, No. 30, Art. 1826; 2009, No. 57, Art. 1988; 2011, No. 71, Art. 2684; 2012, No. 15, Art. 554, No. 91, Art. 3691; 2013, No. 41, Art. 1477; 2014, No. 26, the Art. 765, No. 66, the Art. 1848, No. 73, the Art. 2070, No. 78, the Art. 2233, No. 86, the Art. 2429), after words of "defense capability of the state" to add with words ", introduction of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium";
2) Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.12.2019 No. 1070.
3. To the public migratory service:
approve in week time in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and the Ministry of Finance the list of the expenses connected with implementation of actions, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution;
