I. Field of regulation

1. The regulations on procedure for calculation of length of service for establishment of salary supplement by the government employee with the special status (police) and lengths of service in civil industries, related specialties (position) occupied as a part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further – the Provision), regulate procedure for calculation of length of service for payment of salary supplement to government employees with the special status (police) as a part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which office relations are governed by the Law No. 320 of December 27, 2012 on activities of police and the status of the police officer, and also procedure for calculation of length of service in civil industries, related specialties (position) occupied as a part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

7. In case of calculation of length of service for establishment of salary supplement by the government employee with the special status having special ranks of police the next periods join:

1) military service, service in law-enforcement bodies, police and Boundary police, in Service of civil protection and emergency situations, in Armed forces, in the National center for fight against corruption, in Service of information and safety, in Customs Service, in National penitentiary administration, in the Service of the state protection, the Public courier service and other military (special) units created according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, service life in State department of the Republic of Moldova on military questions to which the military (special) ranks were given;

2) service in law-enforcement bodies, in armed forces, in the state security agencies and in bodies for emergency situations of the former USSR and other states if the military personnel, faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies were transferred, in accordance with the established procedure, to Armed forces, to the state security agencies and to law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Moldova;
