I. General provisions

Name of the state function

1. The state function regulated by these Administrative regulations (further - Regulations), is implementation of federal state supervision at all stages of lifecycle of lifting constructions and the equipment working under pressure as a part of arms and military equipment (further - objects of Gostekhnadzor).

The name of the federal executive body performing the state function

2. The state function on implementation of the state supervision on objects of Gostekhnadzor (further - the state function) is performed by the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation <*>.
