About some questions of use of foreign currency, securities and (or) payment documents in foreign currency when carrying out currency transactions

Based on the paragraph of the ninth of Article 26, of the paragraph of third of Article 33 and part one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. use of foreign currency, securities and (or) payment documents in foreign currency in calculations between the subject of currency transactions and physical person in the territory of the Republic of Belarus is not allowed, except as specified, established by legal acts, in case of:

implementation of retail trade and (or) rendering services on republican highways with numbering of "M", "M/E" and at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;

implementation of insurance activity;

implementation of tourist activities;

realization of automobile gasoline of all brands, diesel fuel and the liquefied gas;

1.2. permissions to carrying out the currency transactions specified in subitem 3.20 of Item 3 of the Instruction on procedure for issue of permissions to carrying out currency transactions and opening of accounts outside the Republic of Belarus and also submissions to bank of notifications when making the currency transactions connected with capital movement, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of January 28, 2008 No. 15 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 53, 8/18212) issued to subjects of currency transactions till March 1, 2015 stop the action.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2015 and is effective till January 1, 2017.
