About approval of the Instruction about procedure for classification of objects of public catering by types and classes, establishment of criteria of reference of objects of public catering to classes and their divisions on types and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the fifth subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 "About state regulation of trade and public catering in the Republic of Belarus", subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2013 No. 527 "Questions of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for classification of objects of public catering by types and classes.

2. Determine that criteria of reference of objects of public catering to classes and their divisions on types are:

architectural planning solution and registration of restaurants, cafe, bars of different classes according to appendix 1 to this resolution, objects of public catering of other types - according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

material equipment of restaurants, cafe, bars of different classes according to appendix 3 to this resolution, objects of public catering of other types - according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

forms and methods of servicing of buyers, qualification of workers, their security with uniform and footwear, the organization of musical servicing at restaurants, cafe, bars of different classes according to appendix 5 to this resolution, in objects of public catering of other types - according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

execution of the menu, product assortment of public catering at restaurants, cafe, bars of different classes according to appendix 7 to this resolution, in objects of public catering of other types - according to appendix 8 to this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2010 No. 26 "About approval of the Instruction for classification of shopping facilities of public catering" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 292, 8/22996);

the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2012 No. 22 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2010 No. 26" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09. 2012, 8/26344);

the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 20, 2013 No. 29 "About entering of amendment and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2010 No. 26" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.12. 2013, 8/28148).

4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
