According to article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity" and the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Impose ban for a period of six months on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the raw precious metals, scrap and waste of precious metals according to appendix to this order.
2. To committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:
1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation;
2) Joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Tem_r Zhola national company (in coordination) about taking measures to realization of Item 1 of this order in the procedure established by the legislation;
3) the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need in accordance with the established procedure:
inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this order;
submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this order, other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission.
3. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established legislative procedure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction on official publication in official periodic printing publications and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rau A. P.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of official publication.
