According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About production sharing agreements" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the Interdepartmental commission on the organization of the conclusion and agreement performance about the Section of products in structure according to appendix.
2. Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on the organization of the conclusion and agreement performance on distribution of products which is applied.
3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
