According to Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 No. 326 "About activities of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "The industrial Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: park "Great Stone"

1. Determine the list of legal entities (except for banks of the Republic of Belarus) who can be pawnbrokers of the parcels of land and the rights of lease of the parcels of land in the territory of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" in case of the conclusion them with residents of this park, the Chinese-Belarusian joint private company "The Company on Development of the Industrial Park" of loan agreements and (or) credit agreements according to appendix.

2. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

2.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 03.09.2025 No. 478

2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.06.2025 No. 352

2.3. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.03.2022 No. 175

2.4. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 19.09.2016 No. 737
