1. General provisions

1.1. The scope of information, the structures entered in the state register (further - the register), rules of data presentation of data and maintaining the register (further - Rules) are constituted for the purpose of ensuring execution of subitem 1.6.26 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 4, 2012 No. 695 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of the Town-planning and construction code of the Azerbaijan Republic, its introduction in force and the legal regulation connected with it" of June 29, 2012 No. 392-IVQ" and, being component of system of single information support of town-planning and construction activities, regulates the scope of information, entered in the register, rules of data presentation of data and maintaining the register.

1.2. No. 416 is cancelled according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of 05.11.2023

2. Purpose of maintaining register

2.1. 3.1.2.1. address of construction object and coordinate of rotary points;

3.1.2.2. the name and the address of the body (structure) which issued the permission to operate of construction object, name, surname, position and the signature of the official of this body (structure);

3.1.2.3. date of issue of the permission to operate of construction object and number of permission;

3.1.2.4. purpose of operation of construction object;

3.1.2.5. the main technical performances of construction object (on the project and actual);

3.1.2.6. number of the code issued by the register to construction object;

3.1.2.7. the act of readiness for operation displaying asset construction according to requirements of regulating documents for town planning and construction, completion of implementation of the state control over construction.

3.1.3. Data on the construction objects which are subject to demolition (the address, total area and amount).

3.1.4. Copies of documents concerning the prohibitions and restrictions imposed on planning of the territory from local executive bodies on the parcel of land transferred to the order of the State agency of house construction of the Azerbaijan Republic - this Agency concerning the construction intentions performed during stay at the disposal of this structure or municipalities.

3.1.5. The architectural and planning Section and the Section of the master plan of the territory of building consisting only of plans of cellars, floors, roofing coverings, cuts and facades of the construction project of objects to which notifying production is applied.

4. Entering into the register and coding of the submitted documents and data

4.1. The register is kept on the electronic medium on republic administrative and territorial units.

4.2. In case of issue of construction permit of the data, specified in subsection 3.1.1 of these rules, are transferred to the Register, these data are entered in the Register, the code is assigned for construction object and the Certificate specified in appendix to these rules is granted. Rules go to the body (organization) which issued construction permit.
