Certified requirements to the organizations for maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment

1. General provisions

1. These Certified requirements to the organizations for maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment (further - Certified requirements) are developed according to the subitem 49) of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 2010 "About use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan and activities of aircraft".

2. Certified requirements establish requirements to the organizations performing maintenance and repair of the aircraft equipment (further - the Organization).

3. In these certified requirements the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the aircraft equipment - civil aircrafts (further - VS), their equipment, components, engines and exercise machines;

2) the external linear station on maintenance of the aircraft equipment (further - TO AT) - the linear station created by the operator of civil aircrafts for their maintenance and operating outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the allowing personnel - the aviation personnel certifying the flight validity of the aircraft, its system or component for their admission to operation after accomplishment of TO and PAT;

4) engineering personnel - the aviation personnel having the existing certificate of the aviaspecialist with the admission of work on TO and PAT of VS and/or its components;

5) the flight validity - the technical condition of the aircraft corresponding to flight technical characteristics which ensure its safety and flight qualities;

6) the AT TO linear station - division of the organization for TO of AT which is created in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan out of the airport of dislocation of the basis for TO of AT for the term of at least three months;

7) maintenance of the flight validity - package of measures by means of which compliance of VS to requirements of the flight validity and their maintenance in the condition necessary for safe operation throughout operational service life is provided;

8) repair - recovery of the flight validity of the aircraft equipment determined by the relevant standards of the flight validity;

9) management on organization activity on TO and PAT - the document approved by the head of the organization for TO and PAT and containing the detailed information about sphere of activity of the organization for TO and PAT, functions and tasks of its management, engineering personnel, structure, production base, procedures of TO and PAT and system of quality assurance;
