According to the Art. 133 part (1) Item c) the Tax code and in pursuance of the order of the Ministry of Finance No. 115 of 6.09.2010 about approval and filling of standard form of the source document of the strict accounting "Tax Delivery Note" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 194-196, the Art. 656), with subsequent changes and amendments of PRIKAZYVAYU:
