RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About republican wildlife areas

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of Article 7, of Item 5 of Article 17, No. 150-Z "About especially protected natural territories" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 15, 2018

1. Announce:

1.1. the republican wetland wildlife area "Voronichsky island" in Pukhovichsky district of the earth of forest fund of the Minsk region of the public forestry and landscape institution "Pukhovichsky Forestry" (further - GLHU "Pukhovichsky Forestry") (hectare 546,2) in quarters 61-63, 67, 73 (vydela 3-38) Veterevichsky of forest area, the earth of Veterevichi open joint stock company (hectare 282,24);

2. Transform in connection with change of borders, the mode of protection and use:

republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo;

republican hydrological wildlife area of Shvakshta;

republican landscape wildlife area of Vygonoshchanskoye;

republican landscape wildlife area Osveysky;

republican landscape wildlife area Treskovshchina.

3. Approve:

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo (are applied);

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area "Voronichsky island" (are applied);

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area "Drozhbitka-Svina" (are applied);

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area "The floodplain of the Sozh River" (are applied);

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area "Old It is greedy" (are applied);

borders, the area and structure of lands of the republican wetland wildlife area Janka (are applied);

4. No. 793 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 30.09.2016

5. Transfer:

the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo in management of the Minsk Gorispolkom;

the republican wetland wildlife area "Voronichsky island" in management of Pukhovichsky district executive committee;

the republican wetland wildlife area "Drozhbitka-Svina" in management of the Polotsk district executive committee;

the republican wetland wildlife area "The floodplain of the Sozh River" in management of Buda-Koshelevsky, Vetkovsky and Chechersky district executive committees;

the republican wetland wildlife area "Old Is greedy" in management of Zhitkovichsky and Lelchitsky district executive committees;

the republican wetland wildlife area Janka in management of Sharkovshchinsky district executive committee;

the republican hydrological wildlife area Gayno-Brodnya in management of Smolevichsky district executive committee;

the republican hydrological wildlife area of Shvakshta in management of Postavsky district executive committee;

the republican landscape wildlife area "White Russia" in management of Logoysky district executive committee;

the republican landscape wildlife area Borisovsky in management of Borisovsky and Smolevichsky district executive committees;

the republican landscape wildlife area Osveysky in management of Verkhnedvinsky district executive committee;

the republican landscape wildlife area Svislochsko-Berezinsky in management of Osipovichsky, Klichevsky and Kirov district executive committees;

the republican landscape wildlife area Treskovshchina in management of the Minsk district executive committee.

6. Perform financing of functioning and protection:

republican wetland wildlife areas "Voronichsky island", "Old It is greedy", republican hydrological wildlife areas Gayno-Brodnya, Shvakshta, republican landscape wildlife areas "White Russia", Vygonoshchanskoye, Osveysky, Svislochsko-Berezinsky, Treskovshchina, and also the actions connected with their announcement or transformation from means of the local budgets and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts;

republican wetland wildlife areas "Drozhbitka-Svina", "The floodplain of the Sozh River", Janka and the republican landscape wildlife area Borisovsky, and also the actions connected with their announcement from the means of the republican budget and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts;

the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo, and also actions connected with its transformation from the budget funds of Minsk and other sources which are not prohibited by legal acts.

7. In six-months time to provide to Borisovsky, Buda-Koshelevsky, Verkhnedvinsky, Vetkovsky, Gantsevichsky, Zhitkovichsky, Ivatsevichsky, Kirov, Klichevsky, Lelchitsky, Logoysky, Lyakhovichsky, Minsk, Osipovichsky, Polotsk, Postavsky, Pukhovichsky, Smolevichsky, Chechersky, Sharkovshchinsky district executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom:

registration in accordance with the established procedure:

the formed territorial units of the Republic of Belarus - republican wetland wildlife areas "Voronichsky island", "Drozhbitka-Svina", "The floodplain of the Sozh River", "Old Is greedy", Janka, the republican hydrological wildlife area Gayno-Brodnya, republican landscape wildlife areas "White Russia", Borisovsky, Svislochsko-Berezinsky;

the transformed territorial units of the Republic of Belarus - the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo, the republican hydrological wildlife area of Shvakshta, republican landscape wildlife areas of Vygonoshchanskoye, Osveysky, Treskovshchina;

installation of special information signs on borders of the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo, republican wetland wildlife areas "Voronichsky island", "Drozhbitka-Svina", "The floodplain of the Sozh River", "Old Is greedy", Janka, republican hydrological wildlife areas Gayno-Brodnya, Shvakshta, republican landscape wildlife areas "White Russia", Borisovsky, Vygonoshchanskoye, Osveysky, Svislochsko-Berezinsky, Treskovshchina and acceptance of other measures for accomplishment of this resolution.

8. Make changes to the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus:

8.1. in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 1996 No. 631 "About formation of the republican hydrological wildlife area of Shvakshta (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 27, the Art. 717):

"the area and in borders according to appendix" to exclude from part one of Item 1 of the word;

exclude Item 2;

to exclude appendix to this resolution;

To declare the regulations on the republican hydrological wildlife area of Shvakshta approved by this resolution invalid;

8.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 3, 2000 No. 4 "About formation of the republican landscape wildlife area Osveysky (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 7, 5/2369):

"the area and in borders according to appendix" to exclude from part one of Item 1 of the word;

exclude Item 2;

to exclude appendix to this resolution;

To declare the regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area Osveysky approved by this resolution invalid;

8.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2001 No. 310 "About formation of the republican landscape wildlife area Treskovshchina (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 28, 5/5427):

exclude Item 2;

to exclude appendix to this resolution;

To declare the regulations on the republican landscape wildlife area Treskovshchina approved by this resolution invalid;

8.4. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2001 No. 1886 "About republican biological wildlife areas Volmyansky, Glebkovka and Stiklevo (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 5, 5/9703):

to state subitem 1.3 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.3. with a total area of 428 hectares in quarters 39, 40, 43-48, 59 (vydela 1-14, 17-20, 23, 24), 60, 61 on lands of forest fund of the Sosnensky forest area of the production utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Minsk Forest-park Economy" of the Minsk district the republican biological wildlife area of Stiklevo.";

in Item 2:

the fourth to exclude the paragraph;

to consider paragraphs of the fifth or seventh respectively paragraphs the fourth or sixth;

9. Recognize invalid:
