Questions of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of system of justice

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the central executive bodies of system of justice, rational use of budgetary funds and for accomplishment of Item 9 of the Section III "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of December 28, 2014 No. 76-VIII "About modification and recognition voided legal acts of Ukraine" concerning reducing number of employees of state bodies for 20 percent the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate the Public registration service and the Public executive service, having assigned to the Ministry of Justice of task and function on realization of state policy in the sphere of the organization of forced execution of decisions of the courts and other bodies (officials), concerning state registration of acts of civil status, the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs, agreements of commercial concession (subconcession), concerning registration (legalization) of associations of citizens, other public forming, charters of funds of obligatory national social insurance if their registration is provided by the laws, the charter of territorial bulk Kiev, state registration of printing mass media and news agencies as subjects of information activities.

2. Determine that the Ministry of Justice is legal successor of the Public registration service and Public executive service which are liquidated, regarding realization of state policy in the spheres specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Form the commission on liquidation of the Public registration service and the Public executive service.

Approve:

 the commission chairman on liquidation of the Public registration service of the deputy minister of justice - the chief of staff Onishchenko Anna Vladimirovna;

the commission chairman on liquidation of the Public executive service of the deputy minister of justice concerning executive service Shklyar Sergey Vladimirovich.

4. To chairmen of the commissions on liquidation of the Public registration service and Public executive service:

approve staff of the commissions;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of the Public registration service and Public executive service and also with cession of property which belongs to the sphere of their management;

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

5. Carry complete property complexes of the state companies "Information and Resource Center" and "State Institute of Complex Technical and Economic Researches" to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Justice.

6. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 12, 2005 No. 179 "About streamlining of structure of the office of the central executive bodies, their territorial subdivisions and local public administrations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 11, Art. 522; 2011, No. 4, Art. 204, No. 27, Art. 1130, No. 39, Art. 1605, No. 59, Art. 2361; 2013, No. 19, Art. 647; 2014, No. 55, of the Art. 1508) of the word "no more than three deputies" shall be replaced with words "no more than three deputies. Chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, Kiev and Sevastopol can have no more than three deputies".
