DECISION OF COUNCIL OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of February 4, 2015 No. 2

About the list of indicative indicators of development of agro-industrial complex of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

Council of the Eurasian economic commission according to Item 1 of the actions plan on implementation of the Concept of the approved (coordinated) agro-industrial policy of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 21, 2014 No. 94, solved:

1. Approve the enclosed List of indicative indicators of development of agro-industrial complex of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the list).

2. Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide:

submission to the Eurasian economic commission annually, till November 1, forecast values of the indicative indicators provided by the list for the forthcoming 3-year period;

work on maintaining the official statistical reporting under the indicators provided by the list.

3. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to perform coordination of activities by preparation by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of joint forecasts of development of agro-industrial complex on the basis of information provided according to the paragraph to the second Item 2 of this Decision.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

List of indicative indicators of development of agro-industrial complex of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1 Number occupied in agricultural industry on average in year (one thousand people).

2. The sowing (landing) areas in farms of all categories (one thousand hectares) – only,

including:

grain and leguminous

sugar beet

oily

potatoes

vegetables

melon

fruits and berries

grapes

feed crops

3. Cattle stock and birds in farms of all categories for the beginning of year:

cattle (one thousand heads),

including cows

pigs (one thousand heads)

goats and sheep (one thousand heads)

bird (one million heads)

4. Production of agricultural industry in farms of all categories (in current prices in national currency)

5. Production of agricultural industry in farms of all categories by types:

grain (one thousand tons)

sugar beet (one thousand tons)

oil-bearing crops (sunflower, colza, etc.) (one thousand tons)

potatoes (one thousand tons)

vegetables (one thousand tons)

melon (one thousand tons)

fruits and berries (one thousand tons)

grapes (one thousand tons)

milk (one thousand tons)

eggs (one million pieces)

the cattle and bird on slaughter (in live/dressed weight) (one thousand tons) – only,

including:

pigs

cattle

sheep and goats

bird

6. Value added of conversion of agricultural products * (national currency)

7. Security of agricultural industry with means of production:
