About measures for implementation of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 I decide:

1. Determine the Ministry of Justice the body authorized on the address on behalf of the Republic of Belarus to Court of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - Court) with the statement:

about consideration of the dispute arising concerning implementation of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Agreement), international treaties within the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) and (or) decisions of bodies of the Union;

about explanation of provisions of the Agreement, international treaties within the Union and decisions of bodies of the Union.

2. Determine that:

preparation and the direction in Court of the statement specified in Item 1 of this Decree is performed by the Ministry of Justice in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

other state bodies and the organizations realizing state policy in the respective sphere can be involved in preparation of the statement specified in Item 1 of this Decree;

The Ministry of Justice interacts with Court on other questions within provision on its request of materials, necessary for consideration of the case.

3. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2011 No. 604 "About guarantees of material and social security of judges of Court of Eurasian economic community" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 1, 1/13176):

the name and Item 1 of the Decree after the word of "community" to add with words ", Vessels of the Eurasian Economic Union";

exclude preamble;

in Item 1:

in subitem 1.1 of the word "after their powers, in case of retirement" shall be replaced with words "in case of the termination of powers";

to exclude from part one of subitem 1.2 of the word "after term of office, in connection with retirement";

in part one of Item 2 of the word of "Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus".

4. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
