7.5. resolve other issues following from this Decree.
8. Charge to the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions to found in subordination of Committee the Center of the inventory and technical inventory count of real estate, the Center of information technologies and data management with the status of the legal entity and to approve their charters.
9. To the ministry of taxes of the Azerbaijan Republic to charge to provide state registration by the Center of the inventory and technical inventory count of real estate, the Center of information technologies and data management, subject to creation in subordination of the State Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions.
10. Charge to the executive bodies keeping according to the legislation inventories on certain real estate units to represent quarterly the cadastral data which are available for them to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic.
11. Charge to the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic quarterly in the procedure established by the legislation to represent the relevant data of the single inventory of real estate to the executive bodies keeping inventories on certain real estate units.
