1. Accept the Message of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus to the President of the Republic of Belarus and to chambers of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus "About condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Belarus in 2014" it (is applied).

2. Publish the Message of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus to the President of the Republic of Belarus and chambers of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus "About condition of the constitutional legality in the Republic of Belarus in 2014" on the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, in the collection of the legal acts "National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus", the Zvyazda and National Newspaper newspapers, and also in the "Vesn_k Kanstytutsyynaga of Court of Respubl_k_ Belarus" magazine.
