About prolongation of term of temporary import of vehicles and the construction equipment

According to Article 213 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Extend the term of temporary import of the vehicles and the construction equipment of subsidiary company Sinokhidro Corporation Tochikiston LLC imported for project implementation of rehabilitation of the highway Dushanbe border Kyrgyzstan phase 1 and used from Sinokhidro Tochikiston So Ltd LLC in project implementation of improvement of the highway Vose-Hovaling till November 20, 2016 it (is applied).

2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take under control execution of the customs legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan from Sinokhidro Tochikiston So Ltd LLC.
