5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

accuracy of the information provided from the Trade register.
5. The trade register is kept for the purpose of the operational analysis of indicators of development of trade and public catering, the forecast of development of trade and public catering, development of industry development programs of trade and public catering.
6. Creation and maintaining the Trade register are performed by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade on the basis of the territorial databases of the Trade register of the corresponding administrative and territorial units (further - territorial databases) created and transferred to the called Ministry by regional, city, district executive committees, local administrations of areas in Minsk.
7. During creation and maintaining the Trade register by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade:
coordination works of regional, city, district executive committees, local administrations of areas in Minsk on forming of territorial databases and control over the implementation of such work are carried out;
program technical means of maintaining the Trade register are determined;
the structure of the reference books used for maintaining the Trade register is determined;
