2. Consider not No. 6 which is subject to application the resolution of the Federal inspectorate for mining and industry of Russia of March 4, 2003 "About approval of Safety regulations in case of operation of gas stations of liquefied gas" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 25, 2003, registration 4320; Russian newspaper, 2003, 120/1).

3. This order becomes effective after three months after its official publication.

2. These rules establish requirements of industrial safety for stationary autogas-filiing stations (AGZS, the CNG filling station, CRYOGAS STATION) gas motor fuel - the gaseous fuel used in the internal combustion engines (further - gas stations) supplying motor transport with the gas motor fuel liquefied by hydrocarbon gas (further - SUG) with the excessive pressure of no more 1,6 of MPa used as automobile fuel, compressed natural gas (further - KPG) with the excessive pressure no more than 25 MPas, liquefied natural gas (further - LNG), and also to multifuel gas stations.

3. These rules are aimed at providing safe operation, including providing vzryvopozharobezopasnost of gas stations.

4. These rules establish mandatory requirements to operation of gas stations, including to security systems and service personnel, and also to operation of the engineering devices applied to compression and decrease in natural gas, storage of SUG, KPG and LNG at gas stations.

5. Rules do not extend on:

the fuel stations using other types of fuel except multifuel gas stations;

gas pipelines and feeding equipment of natural gas on fuel stations.
