About placement of the state educational order on training on medical and pharmaceutical specialties with postgraduate education for 2014-2015 academic year
According to the subitem 15) Item 1 of article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Place the state educational order on training on medical and pharmaceutical specialties with postgraduate education for 2014-2015 academic year in the scientific organizations and the organizations of education in the field of health care, according to appendix to this order.
2. To department of science and human resources:
To provide 1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) to provide placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To provide 3) in the procedure established by the legislation official publication of this order in mass media and information system of law of Ad_let;
4) to bring this order to the attention of the scientific organizations and organizations of education in the field of health care provided in appendix to this order and to provide the conclusion of contracts with them.
3. Provide to finance department financing of the scientific organizations and organizations of education in the field of health care provided in appendix to this order at the expense of means of the republican budget based on the signed contracts for training of specialists with postgraduate education for 2014-2015 academic year.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairbekova of Page Z.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since September 1, 2014.
