About approval of the Temporary method of calculation of amount of the transfers provided to local budgets from the republican budget for implementation of the separate delegated state powers

According to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for delegation to local government bodies of separate state powers", "About local self-government", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Temporary method of calculation of amount of the transfers provided to local budgets from the republican budget for implementation of the separate delegated state powers according to appendix 1.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic annually, since 2015 to provide the financial resources necessary for implementation of the delegated state powers in the republican budget.

3. To local government bodies to enlist and consider in structure of the income and expenses of the local budget the individual clause the financial resources transferred from the republican budget for implementation of the delegated state powers.

4. To state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of delegation of the powers to local government bodies to be guided by the list specified in appendix 2.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on departments of organizational and inspection work and local self-government, finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of official publication.
