1. Determine that the description of goods provided at number 1 in column 31 of the declaration on goods (further - DT) "Cargo pieces and the description of goods", shall without fail, in addition to other data which specifying is provided by the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 "About instructions for filling of customs declarations and forms of customs declarations" (further - the Instruction), to contain the data specified in appendices No. 1 - No. 3 to this order.

2. When declaring in one DT of goods of the different names containing in one consignment with indication of one classification code according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (further - FEACN CU) information according to appendices No. 1 - No. 3 to this order is specified for each description of goods.

3. When using temporary periodic customs declaration of goods of group 27 FEACN CU moved with any kind of transport in case of submission of the temporary declaration on goods (further - VDT) filling of column 31 VDT according to the data given in appendix No. 3 to this order is not required.

4. The data given in appendix No. 3 to this order are not specified concerning goods of group 27 FEACN CU moved with pipeline transport.

5. The data given in appendices No. 1 and No. 3 to this order are not specified concerning goods of group 27 FEACN CU moved as supplies with any kind of transport.

6.
