Based on part (3) article 16 of the Law No. 1036-XIII of December 17, 1996 on penal system (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 183-185, 654), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on form and signs of distinction of employees of penal system of the Ministry of Justice according to appendix No. 1;

regulations of supply with ware property of employees of penal system of the Ministry of Justice according to appendix No. 2.

2. To make transition to new dress code gradually, within the financial resources provided on these purposes in the government budget for the corresponding year for Department of penal institutions.

3. Recognize invalid:

The order of the Government No. 952 of October 14, 1997. "About approval of the Regulations on uniform and signs of distinction of employees of penal system of the Ministry of Justice and Regulations of ensuring penal system of the Ministry of Justice with ware property of employees" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, No. 76, the Art. 788);

Regulations on dress code and signs of distinction of employees of penal system of the Ministry of Justice

Section I. Dress code for the highest command structure (generals)

1. The papakha is astrakhan, light gray color (fig. 1) – consists of chetyrekhklinny cap from cloth of claret color. Lateral faces of papakha are sheathed by astrakhan fur. On seams of bottom the lace of golden color is crosswise sewed. In papakha the silk liner quilted by batting.

2. The winter astrakhan heading of light gray color (fig. 2) – has the cylindrical form with visor. The bottom, walls, visor and earphones are made of astrakhan fur. On the front party of wall, on the center the cockarde is attached. Inside the heading is trimmed by the cotton liner quilted by batting.

3. Peak-cap ceremonial light gray color from half-woolen fabric (fig. 4) – has the tough volume form, consists of bottom, wall, okolysh and visor with cord of golden color. Tough shape of peak-cap is kept by internal frame element and the polymeric strip located on bottom perimeter, on internal tough element of vertical okolysh and internal tough element of front part of peak-cap. Bottom of rounded shape. The wall consists of four details: two symmetric lobbies having width in front – 75 mm and width sideways – 65 mm and two symmetric back, 55 mm wide. In seam of connection of wall and okolysh the edging of claret color is sewed. On it fix removable collar from astrakhan fur. The removable collar is fixed on both sides of the main collar: to rack of the upper part of collar on five loops and buttons and on the tape of velcro attached to the lower part of collar in five places. Collar corner – straight line. The storm flap of back is stitched in humeral seams and in armhole. The free part which is drawn up by corner fastens by means of button. The coat is processed by viscose liner. In addition the coat is completed with the warmed removable vest from natural fur which is fastened to subboard on band - "lightning".

6. Winter jacket of direct silhouette from waterproof fabric of dark blue color (fig. 2) - consists of shelf, back, sleeve, collar, shoulder strap and belts on buckle. The shelf consists of two symmetric details. Jacket fastener central, on band - "lightning" which is closed by the level which is clasped on five buttons. Below waistline two pockets with listochka are processed. The back consists of the coquette and the lower part. At the level of waistline three loops for belt – one on the average line of back and two on sidelines are sewn. The set-in sleeve of classical cut, consists of the upper and lower parts. On sleeve bottom, from internal part the elastic double knitted cuff is processed. In the upper part of sleeves at distance of 75 mm from the line of stitching of sleeve distinction signs are symmetrically sewed. Shoulder straps are sewed in armholes, and the free ends fasten to humeral seams. The main turn-down collar with detachable rack. On the main collar fix removable collar from astrakhan fur. The removable collar is fixed on both sides of the main collar: to rack of the upper part of collar on five loops and buttons and on tape of velcro to the lower part of collar in five places. At the level of waistline three loops for belt – one on the average line of back and two on sidelines are sewn. Below waistline two pro-carved pockets with the valve are symmetrically processed, the entrance to pocket is located at an angle. The raincoat has two inside pockets, collar with lapels which ends are drawn up by right angles, a collar corner sharp. The back consists of two symmetric parts, on average seam the vent is processed. On back the storm flap which is stitched in humeral seams and in armhole which free part is drawn up by corner and is processed by turning is processed, fastens by means of button. Single-breasted coat with fastener on two rows of the buttons located at three levels. Below waistline two horizontal pro-carved pockets in frame with the valve are processed. The back consists of symmetric side wedges and the central parts, with average seam. In side seams two vents are processed. The sleeve set-in, classical cut, consisting of the upper and lower parts, is processed on bottom by cuff. In the upper part of sleeves at distance of 75 mm from the line of stitching of sleeve distinction signs are symmetrically sewed. Collar with sharp lapels. On corners of collar and on cuffs the gold embroidery in the form of grapevine is executed (fig. 45, 46). On flying away of collar and on edge of cuffs the edging of claret color is inserted. 9. Single-breasted coat daily direct silhouette, from woolen fabric of dark blue color (fig. 6) – consists of shelf, back, sleeves, collar and shoulder strap. Single-breasted coat with fastener on one number of buttons in four levels. On the left shelf the breast pro-carved pocket is processed. Below waistline two horizontal pro-carved pockets in frame with valves are processed. Back cutting of two symmetric details, the average seam is processed by vent. The sleeve set-in, classical cut, consisting of the upper and lower parts, is processed on bottom by cuff. In the upper part of sleeves at distance of 75 mm from the line of stitching of sleeve distinction signs are symmetrically sewed. Collar with the lapels which are drawn up by right angle. On corners of collar the gold embroidery in the form of grapevine is executed (fig. 45). On flying away of collar and on edge of cuffs the edging of claret color is inserted. 10. Jacket of direct silhouette, from woolen fabric of dark blue color (fig. 7) – consists of shelf, back, sleeve, collar and shoulder strap. The shelf consists of the coquette and the main part with the central fastener on band - "lightning". On bottom of the coquette on both parties of shelves two superimposed volume pockets are processed. Pockets are closed by valves and are clasped on loops and buttons. In the lower side parts of shelf pro-carved pockets with listochka are processed. The back consists of the coquette and the main part. In seam of stitching of the coquette towards armhole two folds are symmetrically pledged. The set-in sleeve of classical cut consists of the upper and lower parts. The bottom of sleeve is processed by the cuff which is clasped on two buttons. In the upper part of sleeves at distance of 75 mm from the line of stitching of sleeve distinction signs are symmetrically sewed. Collar with acute angles and with the lapels which are drawn up by obtuse angle. The bottom of jacket is processed by wide belt which is buttoned on two buttons. In side part of belt horizontally vstrochena in three ranks elastic band. Inside the product is processed by viscose liner.
