About creation of National coordination council concerning health care and social protection of the population under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. Create National coordination council concerning health care and social protection of the population under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Approve the Provision and Structure of National coordination council concerning health care and social protection of the population under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendices 1 and 2).

3. Under local executive bodies of the government in accordance with the established procedure to create councils on health care and social protection of the population, to approve their provisions and structure, to organize their work.

4. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 31, 2011, No. 682 "About creation of Coordination council concerning social protection of disabled people";

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 4, 2011, No. 485 "About National council concerning health care under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

Regulations on National coordination council concerning health care and social protection of the population under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. General provision

1. National coordination council concerning health care and social protection of the population under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Council), being advisory advisory body, it is created for the purpose of strengthening of activities in health sector and social protection of the population, coordination of activities of state bodies and public structures in realization of state policy in this industry, determinations of efficient ways and methods of implementation of policy and development of offers on the priority directions of industry.

- development, implementation and efficiency of projects and programs in the field of health protection and social protection of the population;

- action research of other public organizations (committees and the commissions) concerning health care and social protection of the population;

- coordination of activities of the ministries, departments and public organizations and international associations in realization of state policy in health sector and social protection of the population;

- consideration of the urgent problems regarding social protection of disabled people, veterans of war and work and children of orphans;

- assistance to attraction of internal and external investments for the program implementation and projects directed to improvements of condition of social protection of the population;

- carrying out monitoring of activities of executive bodies of the government and public associations on providing the rights of disabled people, veterans of war and work and children of orphans;

- other important problems relating to health of the population and development of health care and social protection of the population.

3. Rights of Council

6. For realization of effective objectives and tasks Council has the right:

- in accordance with the established procedure to request and use materials of structures of the central bodies, local executive bodies of the government, the public organizations and international associations which are in Tajikistan;

- participate in conferences, meetings and meetings of structures of the central bodies, local executive bodies of the government;

- in accordance with the established procedure to attract to accomplishment of certain tasks the organizations and organizations, specialists and scientists;

- about modification and amendments in the corresponding regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan to represent offers to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on health protection and social protection of the population;

- coordinate activities of the ministries, departments and public organizations and international associations for realization of state policy in health sector and social protection of the population;

- consider important problems belonging to social protection of disabled people, veterans of war and work and children of orphans;

- promote attraction of internal and external investments for the program implementation and projects directed to increase in wellbeing of vulnerable segments of the population;

- organization and carrying out monitoring of activities of executive bodies of the government and public associations for providing the rights of disabled people, veterans of war and work and children of orphans;
