Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation of 12.09.2011 No. 227 "About approval of procedure for issue of permissions to the ship radio stations used on ocean ships, inland navigation vessels and courts mixed (the river - the sea) swimmings, and also blank forms of such permissions" (registration No. 22681) is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 20, 2011.

in case of answers to addresses of applicants by e-mail;

in oral form:

and also by means of placement of information in the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)" (further - the Single portal) www.gosuslugi.ru.

3.6. Answers to questions which list is established by subitem 3.5 of Administrative regulations in case of the address of applicants by e-mail, go to the e-mail address of the applicant in time which is not exceeding 2 working days from the moment of receipt of the address.

In other cases the answer to the address goes by e-mail to the e-mail address of the applicant in time which is not exceeding 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the address.

3.7. Other questions connected with provision of the state service in issue of permissions to ship radio stations are considered by Roskomnadzor and its territorial authorities only based on the written address.

The answer to the written address of the applicant goes by mail to the address specified to them in time which is not exceeding 30 days from the moment of registration of the address by Roskomnadzor.
