About prolongation of action of anti-dumping measure concerning steel shod rolls for the metal-rolling camps coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 109 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Extend action of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 904, till June 25, 2019 inclusive by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in the amount of 26 percent from customs value concerning the steel shod rolls imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the metal-rolling camps coming from Ukraine, classified by codes 8455 30 310 1, 8455 30 310 9, 8455 30 390 1 and 8455 30 390 9 CN FEA EEU.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided by codes of the CN FEA EEU.

3. This Decision becomes effective since February 28, 2015
